Return and Exchange Policy
No Cancellations or Refunds:
- We do not allow cancellations or refunds for any orders.
- If by any chance you want to cancel the order email us at interception.co.in.
- Once the cancelation is done a confirmation mail will be sent to you
Return and Exchange Policy:

For size exchanges, contact our customer service at interception.co.in within 5 days of receiving the item.

Exchanges are subject to a hygiene quality check and approval/decline based on the product condition received.

Returns will not be accepted if products are used or damaged.

We process exchanges within 7-10 business days once the product is received back.
Defective Product:
- If you receive a defective product, share images at interceptionwebsite@gmail.com and get a response within 24 hours.
Exchange Details:
- Size exchanges are allowed once per product. Availability is not guaranteed; if your size isn't in stock, we issue store credit valid for one month from the issue date.
Promotional Articles:
- Items purchased on promotion/sale are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Store Credit:
- Refunds for returned orders will be issued as store credit only.
